Every TheirStory package comes with a discreet stainless steel QR code which can be adhered to any headstone, marker, urn or other physical object.

Once the QR code is in place, any mobile device will be able to scan it and instantly display your loved one's story.

Start your journey by completing a brief intake form on our website. Provide basic contact details and initial information about your loved one.

Once we receive these details, our team will review them and contact you to discuss the next steps.

2 Gathering the Story Elements

Now, gather memories of your loved one by reaching out to family and friends. Decide what details you want our writing team to highlight. We will also show you how to upload digital photos for use in their story.

For physical photos and letters that you need help converting, we can offer an in-house scanning & uploading service, for a small additional fee.

3 Review The Story Drafts

Once we've gathered all required elements, our writing team will begin crafting the initial drafts of your loved one's story. During this process you'll have the opportunity to provide feedback to us, emphasizing what resonates, and proposing any changes or additions that are crucial in telling the story.

Upon approval of the final text, photos, and layout, we will proceed to publish your loved one's story profile page.

4 Share Their Story

Following the publication of their story, we will create the unique stainless QR marker for your loved one's physical memorial, which will be sent to you, or one of our participating memorial partners, for installation.

We will also provide details on how to access their story, both online and in person, ensuring that anyone, anywhere, can enjoy this heartfelt and thoughtful tribute to your loved one.
